Quick facts

  • No returns necessary: Keep your product. No returns required.
  • Refund window: 30 days from delivery of your first subscription order.
  • What's refunded: The full cost of the product, less shipping, VAT, and duties.
  • Return shipping: Not required. There is no need to send the product back.
  • Refund processing time: Approximately 2 to 5 days.
  • Eligibility: First subscription order only. Refills are not eligible.
  • Cancel anytime: Reschedule or cancel in your account, or email care@seed.com at least 3 business days before your next ship date.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

No returns necessary. If you are not satisfied with your first subscription order, keep the product. There is nothing to ship back, and no item condition, tags, or packaging to worry about. 

Just request a refund within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund the full cost of the product, less shipping, VAT, or duties, no questions asked. To start, contact SeedCare at care@seed.com. Refunds take approximately 2 to 5 days to process.

What is not eligible

  • Refund requests made outside the 30-day window above. We are unable to issue a refund or offer credit after 30 days.
  • Subsequent refills on an ongoing plan, even if those shipments are billed, paid, or shipped during the 30-day window. Only your first subscription order is eligible.
  • Subscriptions that are canceled and later reactivated.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (for example, third-party sellers on online marketplaces). Our return policy does not apply to those products.
  • Orders that are refused, abandoned, undeliverable due to an address error, or seized by customs (see the Shipping Policy).
