- Where we ship: United States and international addresses.
- Shipping cost: Calculated and shown at checkout, and on each subscription renewal, plus applicable taxes. (See open item 1.)
- Free shipping: May be available through promotions on U.S. orders. Free-shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
- Delivery time: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss: Passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to international addresses. Products are sold by subscription and ship automatically on the cadence you select.
Subscription delivery schedule
Your subscription ships and renews automatically until you cancel, at the frequency shown in your account under "Subscription ":
- Monthly DS-01 subscriptions ship every 4 weeks (some monthly DS-01 subscriptions ship on a 30-day cadence; your exact dates appear in your account).
- Longer DS-01 subscriptions ship every 3 or 6 months, as applicable.
- All other product subscriptions ship every 30 days.
We charge the then-current price of the items in your order, less any discounts, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, each delivery period upon renewal until you cancel.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout and on each renewal, along with applicable taxes. From time to time we may offer free-shipping promotions on U.S. orders. Free-shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
Order processing and delivery times
Your payment method is not charged until it is authorized, your order information is verified, and your order ships. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipment.
Title and risk of loss
Title to products ships FOB from our facility, and all risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to a common carrier.
Accurate shipping information
You are responsible for giving us accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. If a product is returned to us because the shipping information was inaccurate, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges to return the product to us or to re-send it to you.
Refunds are not issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the recipient, that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or that is seized by customs.
International orders
International shipping rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Prices on seed.com do not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes, or other international costs or taxes.
If you ship to an international address, you are responsible for any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and similar fees on the order. If assessed, these are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local customs office. We suggest you check with your local customs office for any documents you may need before ordering.
